Stefon has been one of my favorite reoccurring characters on SNL as of late, simply because Bill Hader always cracks up. Here is Hader on Letterman discussing the origin of the character, and cracking himself up.

Ok, so I do not currently watch PARKS & RECREATION, though from what I understand, I probably should. It sounds like something I would like.

Well, today, I saw a city truck.  It was from Portland’s Parks and Recreation department.  However, unlike the television show, Portland adds a third section our P&R department; Cemetaries.  Yup, Parks, Recreation and Cemetaries.

This made me wonder just what the NBC sitcom would be like if they added “Cemeteries” to their title.  The images and possible plotlines that came to mind made me laugh.

It’s times like this that I wish I had kick ass photoshop skills.

The best part of the Super Bowl is always the ads.  I can already tell you that this will be my favorite ad this year.

Today didn’t go well.  Ugh. (see yesterdays post to learn what the hell I’m blabbing on about now.)

On positive news, I discovered that That Mitchell and Webb Look is now on Hulu, so, that’s cool at least.

I must confess, I watch a bit too much of the WIZARDS OF WAVERLY PLACE.  But then, I have a 10 year old daughter, so… that’s my excuse and I’m sticking to it!

The last two days haven’t been cool.  I need some coolness in my life.  Who’s cooler then Arthur Herbert Fonzarelli?  No one!  So today, I present to you, my first fictional Wiki-Person of the Day- Fonzie!

(A poorly written rant) So, when I was in junior high, the television miniseries “V” was a big thing.  It was  a great bit of television science fiction for that time.  It was followed up with a second mini series, and then a full blown series.

Anyway, a year ago, when the “V” remake first aired on ABC, I was very exictied.  I had been looking forward to it, and I made sure I found time to watch it.  It was… different then the original, and…  well… not that great.  It was okay, though.  Good enough for me to watch the entire season.

But, I hadn’t been setting the DVR to record it.  This was a Hulu show.  This was something I watch online as I was doing other things.  (The show wasn’t good enough to warrent my undivided attention.)

Well, the second season started recently.  Even though the first season was… lacking, I was looking forward to the secon year.  Why? Because two of the main actors from the original version where going to have reoccuring roles this year.  So, the other day, I logged into to Hulu, searched for “V” and found…

Nothing.  Hulu wasn’t hosting the show online this year.  No problem, I’ll just go directly to ABC.com.  Got there, searched for “V”, and found…

Nothing.

AAAAAARRRRRGGGHHHH!!!!!

From what I understand, the ratings for “V” have been pretty weak.  I would think that ABC would want to have this show out there, to grab as much attention (and eyeballs) as it could, so that people will start to tune in when it first airs on the boob tube.  But no.

Anyway, this is my frustration for the day (one of many).  Time to see if I can find a “V” torrent.  Wish me luck.  Cuz I am not going to wait for the dvd to come out.  By that time, I’l have forgotten all about the show.

Thanks for letting me vent about something so unimportant.  But then, that’s what the internet was invented for, right?

Today, I stumbled upon this old film by Jim Henson, made for IBM in 1967.  Made me wonder if we will start to see stuff like this on MAD MEN in the next year or so.

I just watched yesterdays episode of THE DAILY SHOW, and I have to ask…

FLASH FORWARD – not a great show, but one I am enjoying. But I just read it’s been canceled. Ugh! I hate life more and more each day. :-(

Made me laugh.  Worth the time if you’re a fan!

I found this to be a pretty good summery of the first five seasons of LOST in only five minutes.  I like, thus I must share.

Congrats to Yuuji Urushihara, the 3rd Grand Master in Ninja Warrior history. (This past weekend was the US premier of the 24th N.W. competition.)

“LOL” is so overused. But this time, I honestly did. And so will you. I guarantee it, or your money back!

I’ve complained to friends that MODERN FAMILY is a great show… until the last 5 minutes. But damn it, last weeks episode just made me cry like a baby. – I take back every bad thing I ever said about those last 5 minutes!

Hulu will let me watch some shows today, but on others, it claims I am outside of the US. Ugh! frustrating #HuluFail
